The European Speciality Tea Association (ESTA) will be hosting an exciting array of activities at the Speciality Tea Hub, with a focus on education, competition, and interactive experiences, all designed to promote excellence in the speciality tea community.

Featured Activities

Tea Brew Bar: Join Bernadine Tay and the ESTA team as they guide visitors through a sensory journey of speciality teas from around the world, including artisan teas from Sri Lanka and English teas from Devon.

Matcha Latte Art Championship: Competitors whisk matcha and create latte art, with both taste and appearance judged. This fun event engages baristas and coffee shops in enhancing tea quality across European markets.

Tea Tasting Championship: Tea professionals showcase their tasting skills by identifying the odd tea out of three, competing in knockout rounds. Panel Discussions: Industry experts will explore "The Rise of Matcha and its Opportunities" and "The Importance of Regenerative Farming in Tea".

Matcha Workshops: Led by Oscar Woolley (Suki Tea) and Gosia Lendzioszek (Matthew Algie), these practical sessions will teach participants the art of preparing and whisking matcha to create perfect latte art.
